Leadership in the e-world
Leadership is every important, especially in the e-world. The e-world is a large tool for leaders. Leaders can learn a lot by reading other leader's blogs, conducting research, and gaining knowledge of other tools that are available to leaders. It important for leaders to be open minded and I think that the e-world helps leaders to do that.
